My lifelong devotion to singing, sound, and self expression led me to develop the Vocal Awakening Method which I have guided hundreds of clients through in the past 5 years of my practice. My own experiences with relational and sexual trauma guided me deep into the world of somatics and trauma integration. This provided the missing piece to my own healing and resolution which ultimately led me to study and integrate trauma therapy into my practice.
My work serves both the soft animal body and the subtle realm of spirit, combining the spiritual and shamanic world of sacred sound and intuitive channeling, as well as, the biology and psychology of the nervous system, subconscious, and trauma resolution.
I’m Talitha and I support creatives, sensitives, and intuitives to unearth and embody the truth and power of their voice and express their unique magic in the world.

I believe that self expression is the most natural thing in the world, until it isn’t. Until personal, collective, and ancestral trauma teaches us that being who we are is unsafe and a mask develops to hide that which is most true and precious to us.
It is my path to serve and support those who feel the same, that we may all gently peel away the mask and return to our true and original nature and delight in the song of our selves.
I believe that we are born whole and pure, with the pathways of our expression intact. That is our birthright to be, express, and become all that we are. That we each carry something sacred and unique and it is our responsibility to share and transmit that magic into the world.
My whole life has centered around the concept of expression. I spent most of my childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood deeply shy and self-conscious. I was highly controlled and restricted in my expression and connection to others. I carried deep internalized shame and ultimately believed that I would never fit in, belong, or be seen for who I was. My inner world was the only place I felt safe and at home. I started writing songs and sharing them at 15 years old with the overwhelming urge to somehow translate myself to the world. Since then I have dedicated myself to that mission: the translation and transmission of the invisible inner world into authentic outer expression. I believe that who we truly are can be made known to others. As I developed the Vocal Awakening Method it became my passion to support others on this path.
