VOCAL AWAKENING...
This is a somatic vocal channeling practice designed to liberate the silenced and suppressed parts of your inner experience and outer expression and unlock the power of your voice.
This method isn’t about control or perfection, it’s about embodying the full spectrum of who you are through the medium of your voice and authentically transmitting your unique essence into the world.

Throughout this vocal awakening process I learned to be unfuckwithable. I now sing in the ocean freely and without a care if anyone hears me do it! I used to be so afraid someone would hear me sing and judge me for it. As if the voice is something that should be hidden
For the longest time I would feel embarrassed to use my voice. I felt I had to be silent, to “know my place”, to not speak out of turn. Fear had a grip on my throat and I let it choke me for far too long. Being silenced was the norm for me, as it has been for many beings on this planet, unfortunately. But through it all one thing brought me joy and that is singing. To feel the flow of that which I am is something I will always be grateful for.

I wouldn’t see myself “as a singer” in the traditional sense. But a part of me is a weaver of words and frequencies, and I think the most healing gift that emerged was the celebration of what IS —the beautiful, strange, ugly, silly, and undefinable. Scheduled Breaks:
The program pauses for the month of August for integration. No live calls will be held during this period, though participants will maintain access to self-paced curriculum and the Telegram community.
There will be no live sessions during the week of December 20 – 26, 2026, to allow for rest and holiday observances.
All sessions will be scheduled at 12:00pm or 4:00pm EST on alternating weeks to accommodate participants in different time zones. All calls are recorded and replays are provided.
Creators Codex runs from September 1st (2026) til March 9th (2027) with monthly calls held every Tuesday of the month at 12pm and 4pm EST. Creators Codex calls are facilitated by Talitha and guest teachers.
The Training Temple begins May 10th and ends July 26th (2026).
Training calls are held once a week on Sundays at 12pm and 4pm EST.
